Certification of Product Parameters

   MPI due to the QUALITY ASSURANCE program can furnish a CERTIFICATION that all standard production procedures have been followed and any molded rubber product meets the criteria that has been established for it to perform properly in given field operations. This makes all products traceable to batch number, processing conditions and date of manufacture.

What does it Mean to You?

Certification means the best qualified product has been manufactured.
Certification means the quality of the product is the same as received in the past and will be the same in the future.
Certification means the product may be installed with all expectations that it will perform as desired in the given operation.

What can MP Industries, Inc. do?

Rubber formulation Testing

   MPI maintains a complete rubber testing laboratory to insure the rubber formulations received are what was ordered and do meet the design data. Each batch is completely tested for conformance before accepted for manufacturing.
   MPI keeps abreast with all new rubber technologies and uses the laboratory to perform qualifying tests to prove a new material can improve product performance. Tests are then performed on a product using the new material to qualify for field use.

Product Useful Life

   MPI rubber laboratory people and engineers perform continuing useful life expectancy tests on all formulations and molded rubber products. The age of a product may determine its proper operation or failure. That makes traceability and certification a very important part of MPI's abilities.
